“Featuring watercolor and acrylic original paintings, prints, cards
and mini paintings”
My interest in art began as a child drawing pictures and going
through lots of pencils and reams of paper. I grew up on a farm near Walcott,
North Dakota and studied art at Concordia College in Fargo, concentrating
on oil and acrylic painting. I work now in watercolor, acrylics, pastel with
interests also in photography, sculpting and mosaics. I like to paint a variety
of subjects from landscapes and florals to abstracts. I have displayed my
art in numerous solo and group shows throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area. My
work is on display in my art studio and at Gallery 4 Ltd, both of which are
located in downtown Fargo.
I will be participating this year in the Cormorant Area Art Club Art Show in Cormorant, MN on July 14-15, the Red River Watercolor 8th Street Art Show in Fargo on August 15-16, and will be opening my studio to the public during the 2007 FM Visual Artists Studio Crawl on October 6-7.
