Come out and play for some fruity fun! Join Barry and Holly along with the folks from Maple River Winery as we explore the great variety of fruits that can be made into award winning wines. gardendwellers Farm grows many small fruits and we’ll talk about how to grow them and the care they take. The folks from Maple River Winery in Casselton, ND will then take over to talk about other fruits produced in North Dakota, how they choose fruits and fruit combinations and the process of making a great North Dakota wine at home and at the winery. The Maple River Winery folks will also talk about other uses for fruit such as jelly, jam, liquor, etc. Appetizers from gardendwellers Farm herbs and wine tasting of Maple River wines will help to make this evening a memorable one. Social time will follow the presentation.
